Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 7 days after we receive your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
If you are shipping an item, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may occur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
